She was predeceased by: her husband Alex (Alberta); and her son John. She is survived by: her children, Florjan (Patricia), Boris (Debbie) and Diana; her son-in-law Eddy; her grandchildren, Bernel, Alexandra, Joey, Laurel, Julia (Chris), Brett, Justin, Ashley, Nina (Craig), Niko and Priscilla; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia, Coraline and Remington. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Nirvana's name to Diabetes Canada or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
