He is survived by: his wife Louise Tupper; his daughters, Suzanne Luchak (Jason) and Cindy Tupper; and his siblings, Lynn Perlitz, Patti Buchanan, Donna Brown (Chuck), Bill Tupper (Peggy), Donna Houseworth (Lynn), Sandra Tupper, Linda Sowan, Eunice Sowan, Laura Kowalski, Denice Sowan, Kalam Sowan, Margaret Lepitch, Maggie Sowan, Sarah Jackson and Freida Forbes. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and extended family.
