It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman McGinnis (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on March 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Norman McGinnis to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGinnis and Yvonne McGinnis; and his mother-law Gertrude. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite; his siblings-in-law, Paul and Simone; and his nephews, Paul, Dominique and Jean-Michel. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends and his many great-nephews and nieces who admired their great-uncle.

Although the JOTD was originally designed to keep our spirits high during a time of COVID it evolved into Norman's passion long after the COVID news left the front page.
