He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Anne; and his siblings, Wanda, Henia, Marie, Henry and Sam.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Sharon, Shelley and Craig (Tressa); his grandchildren, Nicole, Mackenzie and Hayden; his great grandchild Henley; and his sisters, Evelyn (Claude) and Norma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Neurological ICU unit at the University of Alberta Hospital.
