He is survived by: his children, John (Jannelle) of Camrose, Pat Zigart (Max) of Canyon Creek and Danny of Ohaton; his close friend Victoria; his stepchildren, Daryl Borchuk of Lacombe, Chris Greene of Edmonton, Shelly Bell (Simon) of Edmonton and Tammy Wiedemann (Ron) of Edmonton; and his siblings, Lloyd (Georgina) of Edmonton, Hilda Hartman of Camrose, Olivia Balfour of Camrose and Rudy of Edson.

If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Norman 's memory may be made in lieu of flowers to the Stollery Children's Hospital .
