She was predeceased by: her husband John Yaremchuk. She is survived by: her son Larry (Lorraine); her granddaughter Sherri Kushniruk (Mike); her children, Shannon, Lorraine Silvera (Winston) and Gary (Wendy); her grandchildren, Aaron, Erika Petersen (Dalen) and Jordan (Chanelle); her daughter Gail Santa; her granddaughters, Sabrina and Michelle Polukoshko (Karl); her son Kenny (Cheryl); her grandsons, Nolan (Karyssa) and Austin (Grace); and her great grandchildren, Mercedes, Frankie, Lucas, Violet, Odin, Anna and Brynlee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Olga's family would like to express their appreciation to the entire staff at Grey Nuns Community Hospital, units 43 and 44, for their gentle care and compassion, especially during COVID.
