He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Mykytiuk and Nancy Anastasia Mykytiuk; and his brother Alexander. He is survived by : his brothers, Lawrence of Victoria, BC, Ambrose of Vancouver, BC and Basil of Thousand Oaks, California; his uncle Ambrose Wynnyk; and his aunt Marcella Wynnyk.
