She was predeceased by: her husband Garry John Higgins; her parents, Harry Dalling and Genevieve Dalling; and her daughter Mindy Lee. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Gagnon (Scott) and Adam Higgins (Kristy); and her grandsons, Mitchell, Joshua, Mason and Ethan. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, and many extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home & Cemetery (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y 6A2).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patsy's memory to the Hope Mission.
