She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam and Edna; and her brothers, Ron and Bob. She is survived by: her children, Sherri Glenn (Brian), Dennis Fitzpatrick (Hali), Laurie MacTavish (Terry), Jeannine Pieprzak (Peter) and Debbie Wellman (Dennis); her grandchildren, Alexander, Lindsay (Joe), Christopher, Jaimee (Marco), Alanna, Kyle, Scott, Taylor, Kennedy (Erik), Caitlyn (Jarred), Kaitlyn (Logan) and Joel; her great grandchildren, Dominick, Isabelle, Alexa, Kessler, Denver and Matteo; and her siblings, Donna Wild, Doreen DeBlaere (Keith), Gary Whaley, Jim Hoover (Margaret), Terry Hoover and Clifford Hoover. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in Patti's name may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or the Edmonton Humane Society.
