He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Powder and Theresa Powder; his siblings, Vicki and Ronnie; and his daughter Pamela.

He is survived by: his siblings, Wendy, Dorothy (Lance), Gabe (Dorothy) and Lorne; and his children, Karla (James), Paul (Wanetta), Lacey (Frank), Stephanie and Shelly (Kim). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
