“Penny was such a kind soul. We lived across from each other in Holden. She would help me with my children and made banana bread and cakes!.. Had a wonderfull sense of humor and gave that extra bit of 'HOP SING' (cook on Bonanza) touch to the residents at Holden Lodge when I worked there ; visiting with and making them laugh. One of the residents called her Hop Sing-that name stuck. I would call her and reminisce the good ol days at work. You will never be forgotten.YOU ARE MISSED HOPSING!”
