He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Appleby and Mary Appleby; his sister Sharon Piasentin (Alessio); and his stepson Kent DeFord. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Monica (Orion) and Erin (Ryan); the mother of his children Lorraine Meier; his siblings, Jim (Karen), Joyce Digout (Ray) and Susie Appleby; and his stepson Barry DeFord.
