He was predeceased by: his significant other Carolyn; his parents, Mona and Leslie of South Africa; and his brother Brian of Rhodesia. He is survived by: his brother Richard of Cape Town; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis, Dan Black of Regina and John Moir of Edmonton; and his friend Carole. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & close friends.
