He was predeceased by: his wife Gwendolyne. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Ludsco (Tom), Christine Niehaus (Dennis), Phillip Oakes (Sherry) and Pamela Oakes (Earl); and his sister Harriet Gill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
