She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Melodie Lindsay, Tracey Lindsay (Gary Sine), Sharlene Lindsay (Chris Hammett) and Heather Coffin (Jim); her grandchildren, Lewis Lindsay, Lindsay Coffin, Hayden Coffin and Wyatt Coffin; her sister Bernie Newberry-Borlee (Raymond); her husband Lewis Lindsay; her parents, Evelyn Collins and Harold Collins; and her brother Ernest Collins.

Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program, be prepared to provide proof of Vaccinations (QR code along with valid ID for those 18 and over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made in name of Phyllis Faye Lindsay to the Stollery Children's Foundation or a charity of one's choice.
