He is survived by: his wife Lai-Bing; his son Yi-Chuan; his daughter-in-law Jiamei Liang; his grandson Jasper; his great grandchild Yi-Li; his daughter-in-law Jane Lee; and his grandson James.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Park Memorial Chapel (9709 111 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).
