He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Vona and Sisto Santoro; and his brother Pasqualino Santoro of Ceriara, Italy.. He is survived by: his wife Yvette; his children, Anita, Annette, Adelina and Pasqualino (Christina); his grandchildren, Donald, Riley, Brandt Kilpatrick, Jordan Myers (Santoro), Sophia Cross, David Cote, Juliana, Tiara Welch, Ayden Turner (Santoro), Raffaele, Carlietto, Christus and Pasqualino Santoro; his great grandchild Benjamin Kilpatrick; his sister Antonietta Santoro (Vincenzo Ficarola) of Italy; and his nephews, Stefania Santoro, Sisto Santoro, Roberto Ficarola and Daniele Ficarola. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial donations in memory of Raffaele may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
