He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; his parents, Harry Spasiuk and Sophie Spasiuk; and his siblings, William, Metro, Anne Osoba, Jennie Kindrakewich, Mary Jorgenson, Selena Powley and Tillie Spasiuk.
He is survived by: his children, Diana (Dave) and Greg (Amy); his grandchildren, Richard, Ryan, Chris and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Zackery and Justin; and his sister Helen Shandro. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
