It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rajat Maitra (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rajat Maitra to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Adrian Rajib (Clara); his grandchildren, Ariah, Erick and Corbin; and his siblings, Bannani and Sudipta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
