He is survived by: his friend Eileen; his son James Grandbois; his granddaughter Laila Grandbois; his siblings, Don Slaunwhite (Dianne), Ken Slaunwhite, Shirley Sobochan (Joe), Joan Slaunwhite (Len) and Lorrie Pheasey; and his cousin Ellen Gray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
