He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Grams and Val Grams; and his son Bryan. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughter Christine (Phillip); his grandchildren, Ryland, Briella and Owen; his son Greg (Michelle); his granddaughter Violet; and his siblings, Maureen Chadderton, Fran Ware (Dave), David Grams (Lucy) of Campbell River, BC and Cindy Krystal of Cumberland, BC..

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Capital Care Norwood Palliative Care Unit or the charity of your choice.
