He was predeceased by: his parent Lee; his brother Robert; and his father Jack A. Kolt. He is survived by: his sons, Ken (Shannon) and Kurtis (Wendy); his grandchildren, Kristen (Keith), Michael (Brooke), Emily, Jennifer and Katrina; his great grandchild Olivia; his sister Linda (Doug); and his sister-in-law Judy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
