He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Kosinski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sulyma; his children, Katherine Kosinski (Daliso), Mark Dewes (Laura), Nicholas Scholotiuk (Deb) and Andrew Scholotiuk (Breanna); his grandchildren, Georgia, Liliana, Levon and Norah; his father Henry Kosinski; and his brothers, Ron Kosinski (Nydia), Alan Kosinski (Elva) and Brian Kosinski (Mary Anne).
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Park Memorial Reception Centre (11015 101 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).
