He is survived by: his wife Carol Sulyma; his children, Katherine Kosinski (Daliso), Mark Dewes (Laura), Nicholas Scholotiuk (Deb) and Andrew Scholotiuk (Breanna); his grandchildren, Georgia, Liliana, Levon and Norah; his father Henry Kosinski; and his brothers, Ron Kosinski (Nydia), Alan Kosinski (Elva) and Brian Kosinski (Mary Anne).
