C.; his father-in-law Mike Sander; his brother-in-law David Sander (Lisa); his nieces, Meghan Sander and Jill Sander (Tom); his brother-in-law Neil Sander; and his aunts, Joyce Boon, Clara Matear and Elsie Lauzon.
