He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and William Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine F. Bulbuc (Nee Mackay); his children, Sydney and Spencer Bulbuc; and his brother Dan Bulbuc (Caroline). He is also survived by friends and family.
