He was predeceased by: his parents, John Molcak and Mary Molcak. He is survived by: his wife Connie; and his children, Kevin (Sharron Clarke), Chris (Candis Johnson), Shawna Molcak, Kolaczek, Andy, Wendy Carlson (Ace), Brad (Cory Huber) and Angie Purves (Ian). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
