She is survived by: her children, Mckenna, Briar and Jaxson; her parents, Deanna Wapash and Robert Kishanew; her adoptive parents, Rose Babyck and Ron Babyck; her siblings, Vanessa (Aaron), Tia, Tamara, Brianna, Amanda, Preston Wapash and Terry Lynx; and her nieces and nephews, Akina, Ava, Kenzi, Neveah, Noah, Declan and Easton. She is also survived by numerous friends, family, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

“this is mckenna wapash and this is my beautiful mom. i wonder if shes having a good time up in heaven maybe when i get there someday i will meet her and let her tell me her storys about it. i hope she feels less stress and pain and freedom. right now she would be 35 i think and ill be 13 in november when i finally turn into a teen. i hope she can see me in graduation from grade 12 and my first wedding to my first kid. i miss you so so much mom i hope you can see me right now :) love you <3 >3 :)”
