He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his sons, Gilles and Alexander. He is survived by: his children, Therese Sagodi (Gene), Karen Bucknell (Greg) and Lorette Hoflin; his grandchildren, Jason, Jered, Jenette, Meghan, Richard, Terran, Daniel, Brittany and Michelle; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Juliana, Cheyenne, Lucas, Brielle, Olivia and Remi; and his friend Emily Boychuk.
