He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances and Joseph; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Tkachuk and Robert Fraser (Terrie). He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Michael, Danielle Smith (Jason) and Brian (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Makenna, Cohen Jasper (Smith) and Bodhi; his siblings, Rick Barry (Marie) and Sandy; and his brothers-in-law, Dave, Steve and Ken (Fraser).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmaus Lutheran Church (5015 144 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5A4P9).
In lieu of flowers to honor Ron, donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or the Charity of your choice.
