He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Peters; his sister Diana Davis; his parents-in-law, Henry and Leona Niessen; and his brother-in-law Hank.

He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Scott (Cassandra) and Derek (Maria); his grandchildren, Jacob, Zoë and Thomas; his brother David (Donna); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Geransky and Judith Russell (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks you consider a donation to the Edmonton Garrison Military Family Resource Centre.

Ron was such a great guy, with that smile ALWAYS on his face! I remember how he persevered and persevered to get that motorcycle license!!!
