She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Smigelski and Joseph Smigelski (Edward Chmilar); her siblings, Ann and Peter Smigelski; and her siblings-in-law, Olivia Berry (Vern), Stephanie Krauss (Leo), Tom Chmilar and Jerry Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila (Rob), Brian, Ward and Robert (Denise); her siblings, Natalie Williams and Martin Smigelski; her grandchildren, Brianna, Tiffany (Clayton), Amanda (Muhammad), Nathaniel, Kayla (Sheldon) and Matthew; her siblings' children, Peter (Jennifer), Robert B (Suzanne), Bev (Drew), Pat (Bill), Perry C (Maryann), Jonathan (Jackie), Judy (Doug), Dave and Cyndi (Rob); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Wesley (Merrilee), Vanessa, Stephen, Emily and Owen. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
