She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Kahpeaysewat (Gilbert Cook) and DJ; her siblings, Arthur, Leon and Irene; and her cousin Arlene Mooswa.

She is survived by: her sons, Gilbert, Tommy and Joaquin; and her siblings, Sheila (Henry), Ivy, Valerie, Janet (Gary), Lise (James), Alice Cook, William, John, Lavern, Martin and Jim.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Moosomin Band Hall.
