Rozalia Dzavik Obituary

She was predeceased by: her sister Viera Kolodej; her parents, Tomas Pucat and Anna Pucat; and also Dr. Vladimir Dzavik Sr.. She is survived by: her son Dr. Vladimir Dzavik (Nan Okun); her grandchildren, Chris, Tatiana and Teresa; her sister Dr. Amalia Pucat; and her husband Vladimir. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

She spent the last six weeks at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre where, unfortunately, after the COVID-19 lock-down, her family was unable to visit and support her.
