He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Lentz and Lydia Lentz; his in-laws, Doug and Ida Irvine; his son Douglas Frederick; his siblings, Lorenz (Nancy) and Eileen Shuflita (Walter); his brother-in-law Paul Chomokovski; and his niece Sheila Lentz-Reimer.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Bonnie-Lynn Belzevick (Donald) of Beaumont, AB; his daughter-in-law Diane Levesque-Lentz of Wakefield, Quebec; his siblings, Alfred Lentz (Donna) of Edmonton and Doris Chomokovski of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Katrina Short (Kevin), Alexander Belzevick (Jordyn), Zachary Lentz (Zebrina), Bohdan Belzevick and Jesse Lentz; and his great grandchildren, Callie, Tristan and Heidi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and Brothers and Sisters.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 9200 156 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5R1Z1.
