Sandy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Sandy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She is survived by: her husband Russell; her daughters, Christina (Ben) and Elizabeth (Joe); her granddaughter Abigail; and her siblings, Walter Stelmaschuk (Marion) and Terry Stelmaschuk (Cindy). She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
A prayer will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Anthony of Kyiv Ukrainian Orthodox Sobor (6103 172 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6M1C1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Kyiv Ukrainian Orthodox Sobor (6103 - 172 Street NW, Edmonton).
In lieu of other tributes, donations in her honour may be made to a charity of one's choice.
