He was predeceased by: his father Albin Norbert Wolitski. He is survived by: his sons, Kaden, Connor and Nolan; his mother Eileen Laverick; his father-in-law Jim Laverick; his sibling Lorlie; his godson Sheldon; his stepsiblings, Dayna, Chad and Jesse; his former wife Leigh Pincock; his friend Ashley; and also, Rylan, Katie, Vaughn, Shea, Lachlan, Liv and Ryker. He is also survived by numerous extended family members—including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews—as well as a wide circle of close friends.
