She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coole and Julia Coole; her husband Oswald Sokoloski; her parents-in-law, Louis and Kathleen Sokoloski; her grandson Brandon Sokoloski; and her sister Marian Coole.

She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence Sokoloski (Christine) and Daniel Sokoloski (Carrie); and her sister Faye Fraser (Glenn).
