With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Eugenia Dunkin (Edmonton, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Smereka and Lucy Smereka; her children, Kevin, Rocky and Donna; and her brother-in-law Bill.
She is survived by: her husband Russell; her daughters, Barbara (Dwayne) and Shawna (Donnie); her grandchildren, Cindy, Jessy, Nicki, Stephanie and Natasha; and her siblings, Andy (Vivian), Elaine, Gerry (Mavis), Russell (Barb), Gordy (Darlene) and Bonnie (Pat). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Cross Cancer Institute.
