She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Kelly; her son-in-law Daniel; her son Danny; her sister Edna; her cousins, Holly, Allen (Sandy) and Orest (Reggie); and her parents, Anne Kukurudz and Peter Kukurudz.

In light of COVID and its restrictions, at a later date Sonia will be taken home to Oakburn, Manitoba to rest peacefully with her parents, Anne and Peter Kukurudz.
