She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick and Nancy; and her siblings, Alec Horbal and Millie Scherba. She is survived by: her children, Richard Chaba, Pat Berdula (Walter) and Jim Chaba (Sherry). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
