He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria; his parents, Sandy and Helen; and his brothers, William and Jim.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Marlene Pasiechniak (Dwayne); his stepgrandson Brian Bandura; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kenneth and Kaylie; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia and Sylvia. He is also survived by six nieces and one nephew.
