He is survived by: his father Lai Weng Leong; his siblings, Carol, Bill, Jeanne and Robert; his wife Julie Cheah; his children, Terry Lai (Sadie Chen), Janice Lai and Jeffrey Lai (Yuki Ichinose); his grandchildren, Charis Lai, Marcus Lai and Yui Lai; and his in-laws, Carol Lai, Ho Yit Tong, Lai Kong Wah, Jenny Lee, Jeanne Lai, Robert Cheim, Robert Lai and Fanny Lam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
