He was predeceased by: his father Stefan Lebelt. He is survived by: his children, Peter (Holly) and Beata (Dariusz); his former wife Barbara; his grandchildren, Victoria (Morgan), Matthew, Keely, Kenzie, Sebastian and Jakub; his great grandchildren, Milo and Sophie; his mother Stanislawa; and his brother Andrzej (Agnieszka). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
