She was predeceased by: her grandparents, William and Stella Melnyk; her aunt Dorothy; her uncles, Ted, Tom, Fred, Mike, Alex and Henry; her mother-in-law Olga Chumak; and her uncle Walter.
She is survived by: her husband Andy; her mother Annie; her brother Mark; her uncle Nick (Wiesia); and her aunts, Doris, Alice, Olga (Manley), Nancy (Fred) and Anne. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
