Stella Sumka Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Melnyk and Mykhailo Melnyk of Ukraine; her husband Terry; her siblings, Kay Shipka, Anne Sawchuk, Mary Sawchuk, Mike Melnyk, Andrew Melnyk and John Melnyk; her siblings-in-law, Lillian Sumka, Irene Melnyk, Andrew Sawchuk, Thomas Sawchuk, Alex Shipka, Richard Sumka and Joseph Klem; her daughter-in-law Tanya Sumka; and her parents-in-law, Pearl Grant and John Sumka.

She is survived by: her children, Wendy Kolonsky (Darryl) and Terrence Sumka; her grandchildren, Oriana Kolonsky, Markian Kolonsky, Victor Sumka and Ivanna Sumka; her siblings, Olga Klem, Nick Melnyk (Madeline) and Peter Melnyk; and her sister-in-law Olga Melnyk. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Elia fund.
