He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed Carline and Margot Henley. He is survived by: his parents, Glenda (Sartore) and Dan; his brother Nick; his stepfather Wayne; his grandmother May Carline; and his cousins, Brenda Henley, Melinda Giebelhaus, Sue Siemens, Carolyn Saccucci and Joanne Andrews.
