He is survived by: his children, Dale (Shelley), Dean, Denise (Terry) and Wendy (Todd); his grandchildren, Christopher, Stephen, Shaelyn, Brandon, Justin and Jessica; and his great grandchild Addison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
