He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Wawrzonek and Stefania Wawrzonek; his former wife Doreen Wawzonek; his siblings, Charles (Alice) and Henrietta Smerychynski (Peter); and his daughter Sandy Burry.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his brother Ed (Beverly) of Calgary; his son Brian (Holly); and his stepchildren, Donna (Ken), Annette, Kurt (Leah), Brendan (Hoda) and Shawn (Lesley). He is also survived by Papa to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and in memory of Steve's practical nature, donations are welcome for the St. Charles Church Boiler Fund.
