With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steve Babych (Edmonton, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Olga "Ollie"; his daughter Barbara; his parents, Michael and Mary; his siblings, Edward, Leona and Lakeria; and his children-in-law, Karey and Dennis.

He is survived by: his children, Bert (Melanie), Blair, Barry, Bruce (Kathy) and Beverly; his grandchildren, Mikyle, Nazarie, Chassity, Steven, Daiton, Devon, Taiya, Bryson and Brandi; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Brody, Kaylie and Robbie; and his sisters, Annie, Gloria, Vicki and Bertha.
