He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rajini and Nimal. He is survived by: his wife Nelum Angela; his children, Arjuna, Sanjaya (Karissa), Zara (Jason) and Shanil; his grandchildren, Madeline, Benjamin and Evelyn; and his siblings, Malini, Sarath, Lalith, Wijith, Sita and Anura.
